Ostrich Concept

Conceptart for a personal illustration project I'm working on. I did a lot of drawing from reference photos beforehand to understand the anatomy of an #ostrich as well as how saddles look like and work. Then I drew a lot of ostrich heads out of my imagination to come up with a more comic-like version I enjoy and afterwards drew this little fellow out of my imagination One of my goals for my next sketchbook is to draw and learn more about animals so this was a great start I think and I enjoyed it immensely. <3
